What We Need:
We are looking for a New Business Sales Representative that will report directly to the President and will have the freedom to drive sales to continue accelerating the aggressive growth that Integress is experiencing. With this strong focus on revenue growth and expansion coupled with an uncapped commission, we need a high energy results-oriented individual with the desire to thrive in an entrepreneurial environment to expand our client base. This individual must be a strong hunter and proven closer, have a track record of selling service solutions, and is accustomed to earnings commensurate with their sales skills, experience and effort. What You’ll Do:
- Manage the entire sales process from cold calling and prospecting to close
- Sell comprehensive data solutions, one of the hottest IT needs today
- Use a consultative approach to qualify and develop new business relationships.
- Provide overall relationship management with customers
- Develop and maintain business relationships with partners
- Assist with the preparation of detailed quotes and proposals
- Use company CRM to manage leads and report sales pipeline
- Provide field intelligence to marketing to improve collateral and campaigns
What You’ll Need:
- US Citizen or Green card holder – we are unable to sponsor at this time.
- BA/BS Degree is preferred
- Five or more years of direct selling experience
- At least 1 year of experience in solution sales
- Experience in selling directly to the C suite
- Demonstrated track record as an independent, top performing hunter and closer who exceeds revenue goals
- Passion for working collaboratively with clients and internal teams
- Unmatched presentation, customer service and relationship building skills
- Possess a positive attitude, be coachable, insightful, energetic and a great problem solver
- Ability to build relationships over the phone and face to face
